I started the construction business in 2010 as a foreman and grow up to the position of Project manager in the large engineering company (TOP-100 Engineering companies according ENR).

Functions:

- Gas processing plant as part of the Ethane Gas Processing Complex near Ust-Luga: Basic Design Engineering stage documentation for 17 buildings at the LNG plant site was developed;
- Car manufacturing plant (former General Motors plant) for Hyundai in St. Petersburg (land plot: 90 ha, total building area: >140.000 m²): proposal prepared and tender won, survey of buildings and engineering surveys, Concept stage documentation was developed;
- Redevelopment of MEGA Rostov-on-Don shopping center (extension of the existing shopping center with the addition of new parts): design and tender documentation was developed, technical support was provided during the PD examination.

Area of responsibility: management of the full cycle of industrial construction projects.
Subordination: General Director.
Project team: about 50 people (Service of the Technical Client and General Designer, employees of subcontractors).
Functions:
- Participation in sales / tenders: preparation of a commercial offer, negotiation with the Customer;
- Project management at the stages: pre-investment, selection of a land plot and due-diligence (technical audit), collection of initial permits, design, examination and obtaining a building permit, construction work, commissioning;
- Preparation and tracking of the budget and work schedule;
- Selection and management of a team of technical client and general designer;
- Organizing and conducting tenders to select the Customer's contractors for certain types of work;
- Managing the general contractor's team during the construction phase (including one of the largest general contractors in St. Petersburg - STEP);
- Organization of the facility commissioning process: interaction with the Customer's operation department, work with state supervisory authorities, obtaining ZOS and building permit;
- Implementation of the WRIKE automated project management system in the organization.
Projects:
- Drive technology center SEW-Eurodrive in St. Petersburg (land plot: 4,5 ha, total building area: 8400 m²; investment: approx. €35 million): IPD was collected, the design stage was completed, construction permit was obtained, construction works were carried out, the facility was put into operation;
- Drive technology center SEW-Eurodrive in Novosibirsk (land plot: 2,7 ha, total area of buildings: 3900 m²): a site was selected and due diligence of the land plot was carried out, IPD was collected, the design stage was completed;
- Siemens gas turbine plant (furnishing with technological equipment): working and tender documentation was developed, technical support was provided for tenders for the selection of contractors for construction and installation works, construction supervision and installation of process equipment were implemented.
